Peace & Mind UK is a non-profit organisation which aims to improve the mental health of young people and their families.  
 
The overarching goal is to plant seeds of resilience, empathy and unity within our society. Through education and community, we hope to empower people and break down societal barriers - creating a happier and more peaceful society.  
 
Peace & Mind UK hopes to achieve this through current nationwide campaigns, alongside community-based activities for young people and families.
