Look Up & Live Parent Workshop
A 60-minute interactive session designed to help parents and carers understand the impact of smartphones, social media, and screen time on children’s mental health.
This topic has never been more urgent. Schools are increasingly seeing the effects of online pressures, from disrupted sleep and anxiety to social challenges and attention difficulties. Our workshops offer practical, non-judgmental support for parents, helping them feel more confident setting screen boundaries, improving communication, and building healthier tech habits at home.
The workshop covers:
-
The latest research on screens and child development
-
How social media affects attention, self-esteem, and sleep
-
Simple strategies for setting boundaries and managing resistance
-
How to build real-world connection and emotional resilience
Each session is evidence-based, uplifting, and rooted in compassion, not blame. Parents leave feeling informed, empowered, and connected to a supportive community that wants the same thing: to help children thrive online and offline.
We would be delighted to partner with you to deliver this important conversation for your parent community. We can tailor the session to fit your schedule and provide all promotional materials.
