We were thrilled to launch our Look Up and Live sessions on 7th October at Birchwood High School, delivering talks to every year group as well as parents. The sessions focus on online safety, what to look out for, and encouraging children and adults to be more present and spend less time on their phones. Did you know the average teen spends around five hours a day on their phone - which adds up to nearly 17 years of their life?
We’ve also delivered the parent talk in a number of primary schools and developed a version specifically for primary-aged children, helping younger students learn about online safety and mindful phone use in a way that’s fun and accessible - this will be rolled out in 2026!
Look Up and Live is all about creating opportunities for everyone to connect with the world around them and we’re excited to continue bringing these sessions to more schools in 2026.
