What a fantastic day today was!

Well done to all of the fantastic teenagers who took part in the BBC Teen 24 summit at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington.

The BBC Teen 24 Summit was a significant event held at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington, aimed at addressing the issues and challenges faced by young people. The summit gathered teenagers from across the UK to discuss various topics, including mental health, education, climate change, and social issues.

It was so interesting listening to the different views. I have to say one of my favourite comments was that "TikTok turns your brain to mush". We all know how much too much screen time affects how we feel.

Maybe we should have a National Tech Detox Day! What are your thoughts?
